- There are a number of chests that you can't seem to reach to get to them you have to drop through the holes in Helltrap.

- Power Drink - On the large island to the right, through the acid
- Soul Medicine - Can only be accessed via Helltrap by dropping through the top left (POV of the camera) hole found in a set of 3 in the largest cavern of the level.
- 500g on the ground beyond the glowing wind to the west.
