The survivability and Health of a character, Accessories are the only Equipment capable of increasing this attribute, however several Skills also provide beneficial increases. Similar to Magic Defense some Spells and Skills have the ability to bypass physical defense capabilities completely. Vitality is formulated into the Defense attribute, which refers solely to melee capabilities.
Vitality vs. Defense[]
These two attributes are directly linked, where the difference between them is that Vitality is a singular attribute itself, while Defense is a combination of Vitality and contributing temporary effects from Skills and Spells which only remain for the duration a singular battle.
